Poetry is not about excess, it is about the power of thought and imagination.
There seems to me to be rare moments when no photograph will suffice and the vision just won’t come. For those times, I turn to my pen. I do not consider myself a poet but rather someone who enjoys the art of poetry. I enjoy putting thought into verse almost as much as I love reading others.
